Growing Well Kendal – cultivating good mental health on our organic farm at Low Sizergh since 2004.
Low Sizergh Farm is part of the National Trust’s Sizergh estate. We have been tenants of the Park family’s organic dairy farm since they offered our founders the opportunity to set up a horticulture enterprise for mental health in 2004.
Since then, we’ve grown in size and helped hundreds of people with their mental health. Each person gets to choose their own, personal route through our service, accessing 1:1 support, activity in the outdoors and skills development in our enterprise, guided by horticulture and mental health experts.
You can attend on one day per week for up to a year, setting goals, rebuilding confidence and learning new skills in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment.
Should you wish to enquire about accessing help for yourself, someone you know, a patient or client, please visit the Access Our Help page. For general enquiries about this site, please contact Growing Well Kendal.
