Over two decades later and we now have three sites across the county (Kendal, West Cumbria and at Tebay Services) and have the capacity to support up to 300 individuals, per year, from each of these sites.
Growing Well was established in South Cumbria in 2004, with the aim of supporting people to recover from mental ill health in a beautiful, productive and non-clinical setting.

Our Team is supported by wonderful Trustees who bring extensive public health and business experience.
