Beetroot Hummus

Pink Hummus – James can’t get enough of this!!

INGREDIENTS

1 can/jar/200g cooked chickpeas (including water)
1 can/jar/200g cannellini beans (part drained)
2-3 cooked beetroots, preferably roasted, then diced
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt

METHOD
Blend all ingredients.
Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly.
